About Nikon Message Center 2

The Nikon Message Center 2 software and service alerts you when updates are available for Nikon software and firmware.
Downloading and installing this package lets you check for software and firmware updates. By selecting the “check for updates” option in the help menu for supported Nikon software, alerts will be sent to you when updates are available for selected products. It can also be configured to check for updates automatically.
Note that no notifications may be displayed for software that is currently up to date.

Installation
  1. If Nikon Message Center 2 is currently open, close it.
  2. Download S-NMC2__-020501MF-ALLIN-64BIT_.dmg.
  3. Double-click the S-NMC2__-020501MF-ALLIN-64BIT_.dmg icon to mount a disk image containing a file named “Welcome”.
  4. Run “Welcome” to launch the installer.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Installation is complete when the installer displays the message, “Software installation complete”.
